    The 5E-TGA6720A Thermogravimetric Analyzer is the newly upgraded model, designed for the automated determination of moisture, ash, and volatile matter in coal, coke, petroleum coke, biofuel, etc. Additionally, it can determine the carbon content in fly ash and bottom ash, as well as the loss on ignition (LOI) in cement and ore.

    Automation and Efficiency
    1. For moisture and ash testing, the sample should be spread out with a density not exceeding 0.1g/cm2.
    2. Without requiring an external gas source to operate the furnace cover. After analysis, it opens automatically and is covered by strong airflow, enabling a rapid transition to the next round of analysis.
    3. 24 samples per analysis for the determination of moisture, ash and volatile matter with up to 2 batches completed within 8 hours.

    1. Equipped with a double thermocouple for enhanced heating protection, ensuring a more uniform temperature field, along with magnetic induction positioning.
    2. Offer a range of functions, including crucible re-weighing, sample re-weighing, recovery after a power outage, out-of-olerance warning and fault diagnosis.

    1. Traceable testing data and processes, with QC charts generated from QC sample data, and comprehensive recording of parameters for CNAS compliance.
    2. Provide real-time information on furnace temperature, sample weight, sample name, and hole position in a 4.3 inch color display.
    3. Enabling the centralized control and maintenance management of up to five sets of proximate analyzers through a single computer and software.
