There are some air in the water path for the new instrument. However, the air should not exist in the pump for the normal operation. That is why the pump will remove the air first after turning on the instrument, and then get the water into the jacket. If the water can not get into the jacket after turning on the water valve, user can turn on and off the water valve for several times in the hardware debugging interface until you hear noise while turning on the water valve.
